The property owner has decided not to renew the lease due to the expected sale of the building, which forces us to leave the space before June 30, 2026. As of today, we have no alternative that guarantees the continuity of the project.<\/span><\/p><p>This situation is not an isolated case. It is part of a broader dynamic of real estate pressure in El Raval, where gentrification and speculation are displacing not only residents, but also essential community projects that sustain life in the neighborhood.<\/p><p>Our space is not just a venue: it is a community resource that guarantees basic rights every day to womxn with no alternatives \u2014 food, showers, rest, social and healthcare support, psychological accompaniment, and legal advice \u2014 and where we build bonds of trust and sustain support processes for those left outside institutional systems.<\/p><p>Since 2017, we have cre<span lang=\"zxx\">ated <\/span><span lang=\"zxx\"><b>Sheltered Enviroments<\/b><\/span><b> for women in situations of vulnerability and violence<\/b>, building community, fighting stigma, and defending access to rights from an intersectional feminist perspe<span lang=\"zxx\">ctive.
